These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the tz77 platform at tz77.asia. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2.1 The tz77 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
2.2 tz77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including valid Philippine government-issued identification (UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
2.3 By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions stated in Section 2.1 are satisfied. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and recovery of any winnings credited as a result of such misrepresentation.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the tz77 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. tz77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. You are responsible for promptly updating your account details if circumstances change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tz77 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.
3.4 tz77 may, at its absolute discretion, refuse registration to any applicant, close any existing Account, or require additional verification at any time, including during withdrawal requests, without being required to state the reason for doing so.
4.1 Deposits. tz77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). tz77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. tz77 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within three (3) to five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) banking day. tz77 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the tz77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tz77 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. tz77 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML framework. Unusual transaction patterns, including structured deposits designed to avoid reporting thresholds, will be reported to the relevant authorities. tz77 may freeze any Account pending AML investigation without prior notice.
4.5 Funds deposited into your tz77 Wallet are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. In the event of company insolvency, player funds are treated as ring-fenced assets.
5.1 tz77 may, from time to time, offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least twenty (20) times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.
5.3 tz77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of conflicting information between a promotional landing page and these Terms, the more restrictive interpretation shall apply.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploitation of software errors, or any other strategy determined by tz77 to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion — is a material breach of these Terms. tz77 may recover all Bonus Funds and associated winnings from any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
6.1 All games available on the tz77 platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules, pay tables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages, which are displayed within the game interface or available upon request.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the outcome of affected rounds shall be determined by the random number generator (RNG) log or live dealer system record retained by tz77 or its game provider. tz77's records shall be final and binding in the event of any dispute.
6.3 Winnings resulting from a manifest error (including but not limited to an incorrectly displayed jackpot, a software bug that produces mathematically impossible outcomes, or a data feed error in sports markets) will be voided. tz77 reserves the right to recover any funds credited as a result of a manifest error.
6.4 tz77 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be withdrawn, updated, or restricted in certain regions at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tz77 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tz77 content without express written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
10.2 tz77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond tz77's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or regulatory directives) may result in temporary unavailability.
10.3 In no event shall tz77's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tz77 Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
11.1 tz77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full scope of tz77's data practices is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
11.2 By registering an account, you consent to tz77 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where separately consented to) marketing communications.
12.1 tz77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the tz77 platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the tz77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding account closures, withheld funds, or promotional terms — shall first be submitted to tz77's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact tz77 support to initiate a formal complaint, which will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 10 business days where possible.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through tz77's internal process, the matter may be escalated to the PAGCOR Licensing and Compliance Department, which has supervisory jurisdiction over tz77's gaming operations. The parties agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
